13. Recruiter - an account allowing the sending of clan invitations
14. Recruiter Hiring - one of the services of the website consisting of recruiting players performed by the administrator or another designated recruiter on behalf of the buying clan

2.7. Free trial access is granted to users using the website for the first time. In case of violations, creating multiple accounts, or suspicions of incorrect information, the trial period may not be granted or may be withdrawn during its duration.
3.1. The condition for starting to use the online service is registration within it.
3.2. Registration is done by filling out the registration form or by using Open ID authentication on the designated subpage of the website.

4.4. The service will end when the buyer's account runs out of tokens.
4.5. The execution of the service may be interrupted despite remaining available tokens in case of situations such as:
4.6. In case of impossibility to perform the service, the buyer may apply for the conversion of available tokens to a premium account in accordance with the conversion rate of 100 tokens for 2 days of premium.
4.7. In case of service interruption, a reactivation of the service may be required if the service is to be resumed.
4.8. In case of service interruption before using all available tokens, the remaining amount is available to the buyer after service resumption.
4.9. In case of changing the recruitment mode or requirements during the service execution, the applicable price for service execution is determined by the criteria at the time of sending invitations by the recruiter.
4.10. In case of technical problems preventing sending invitations, the administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend service execution and rectify the failure as soon as possible, provided that the problem concerns the Wot-Recruitment website. In this case, service reactivation will occur automatically or manually after contacting support.
4.11. All service execution issues should be reported to the administrator.
5.1. In order to conclude a sales agreement through the online service, the user must log in to their account, choose the currency, package, or number of tokens, and take further technical steps based on the messages displayed to the user and information available on the website.
5.2. After providing the necessary data by the user using the online service, they will be redirected to the company providing electronic payment services chosen by the user's payment method. These are:
5.3. Sending the order by the user constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement with the administrator, in accordance with the content of the terms of service.
5.4. The agreement is considered concluded at the moment of completing the payment.
5.5. In case of problems with order fulfillment, the user should contact the website administrator by email or through live chat.
6.1. The buyer has the right, based on legal provisions, to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate statement to the email address: contact@wot-recruitment.com within 14 days from placing the order.
6.2. The right to withdraw from the agreement by the buyer is excluded in the case of:

7.4. In the complaint, the user should provide their email address for correspondence, the date, and the type of irregularity related to the operation of the service.
8.1. Matters not covered by this terms of service are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the provisions on the provision of electronic services, and other relevant Polish laws.
8.2. The agreements concluded before the change of these terms of service are governed by the applicable terms of service at the time of placing the order on the website.
