I. Definitions

1. User - a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which specific provisions grant legal capacity, using the online service.

2. Buyer - a user who is a consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights, who purchases a package or tokens available in the online service.

3. Terms of Service - a set of rules for providing services within the Wot-Recruitment online service.

4. Online service - an online service available at wot-recruitment.com or wot-recruitment.pl, through which the user may, in particular, place orders.

5. Administrator - the owner of the online service, conducting business activity under the name IT Systems Bartłomiej Stec (address: ul. Akacjowa 30A, 35-113 Rzeszów, Poland), NIP: 8133955044, REGON: 545120475, acting as the service provider.

6. Live Chat - a feature of the online service enabling real-time exchange of information with the administrator.

7. Package - a virtual item that activates a premium account in the Wot-Recruitment online service.

8. Premium account - an account authorizing the user to use its designated features of the online service.

9. Sales agreement - a sales agreement for packages or tokens concluded between the administrator and the user through the online service.

10. Order - a declaration of intent by the user aiming directly at concluding a sales agreement, specifying in particular the type of package or the number of tokens.

11. Account - a set of resources and privileges in the online service assigned to a registered user.

12. Free trial period - a period after creating an account that provides free access to a premium account for a specified period of time.

13. Recruiter - an account with a role that enables sending invitations to a clan.

14. Hiring a recruiter - is one of the services of the online service, consisting of recruiting players performed by the administrator or another designated recruiter for the benefit of the buyer's clan.

15. Tokens - a special currency used in the online service to pay for the so-called hiring a recruiter services.

II. General provisions

2.1. These terms of service define the rules for using the online service.

In the event of earlier termination of the services by the online service for reasons attributable to the administrator, the buyer is entitled to a refund proportional to the unused period.

2.7. The free trial period is granted to users using the online service for the first time. In the event of detection of violations of the terms of service (e.g., creating multiple accounts to bypass limitations), the trial period may not be granted or may be withdrawn.

III. Rules of use of the online service

3.1. The condition for starting to use the online service is registration within it.

3.2. Registration is completed by filling out the registration form or via Open ID authentication on the designated page of the online service.

3.3. The condition for registration in the online service is the acceptance of these terms of service.

3.4. The administrator may deprive the user of the right to use the online service, as well as restrict access with immediate effect, in the event of a breach of the terms of service by the user, and in particular if the user:

In order to ensure the security of communication and data protection, the online service takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security risk of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data.

IV. Terms of use for the hiring a recruiter service

4.1. In order to start using the service, the user must have an account in the online service and purchase the minimum amount of tokens required to start the service activation process.

4.2. In order to fully activate the service, the user must perform the required steps within the specified time, such as:

4.4. the completion of the service occurs when the tokens from the buyer's account are exhausted.

In the event of a permanent inability to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the online service, the buyer has the right to a refund of the equivalent value of unused tokens or – upon consent – to exchange them for a premium account at a rate of 100 tokens for 2 days of premium.

4.7. In the event of an interruption in the execution of the service, reactivation of the service may be required in order to resume it.

4.8. In the event of an interruption in the execution of the service before using all available tokens, the remaining amount of tokens remains at the buyer's disposal after a successful resumption of the service.

4.9. In the event of a change in the recruitment mode or requirements during the execution of the service, the applicable price for the service will be based on the criteria established at the moment of actual sending of invitations by the recruiter.

4.10. In the event of technical problems preventing the sending of invitations, the administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the execution of the service and to resolve the malfunction as quickly as possible, provided that the problem relates to the online service. In this case, reactivation of the service will occur automatically or manually after contacting technical support.

4.11. Any problems with the execution of the service should be immediately reported to the administrator.

V. Sales agreement conclusion procedure

5.1. In order to conclude a sales agreement through the online service, the user must log into their account, select the currency, package, or number of tokens, and take subsequent technical steps based on the displayed messages.

5.2. After providing the necessary details, the user will be redirected to an external payment gateway of their choice. Available methods include:

5.3. Sending the order by the user constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement with the administrator, in accordance with the terms of service.

5.4. The sales agreement is deemed concluded at the moment of confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing by the administrator.

5.5. In the event of problems with the order processing, the user should contact the administrator of the online service via email or live chat.

VI. Right of withdrawal

6.1. A buyer who is a consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from an agreement concluded at a distance without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate statement to the email address: contact@wot-recruitment.com within 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the agreement.

6.2. The right of withdrawal by the buyer is excluded in the case of:

In the case of the start of the provision of services – at the express request of the buyer – before the expiry of the withdrawal period, a buyer who exercises the right of withdrawal after submitting such a request is obliged to pay for the services performed up to the moment of withdrawal. This amount is calculated proportionally to the extent of the service provided, based on the duration or scope of use of the service.

VII. Complaints

7.1. Complaints resulting from the violation of user rights guaranteed by law or under these terms of service should be sent to the email address: contact@wot-recruitment.com. The administrator undertakes to respond to each complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

7.2. The administrator takes actions to ensure the fully correct operation of the online service to the extent resulting from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any reported irregularities within a reasonable time.

7.3. The user is obliged to immediately notify the administrator of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the online service.

7.4. In the complaint, the user should provide their email address, date, and a description of the type of irregularity related to the functioning of the online service.

VIII. Final provisions

8.1. In matters not regulated by these terms of service, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, the Consumer Rights Act, and other relevant provisions of Polish and European Union law shall apply. The consumer has the possibility to use out-of-court methods of resolving complaints and pursuing claims, including through the ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8.2. The provisions of these terms of service concerning a consumer shall also apply to a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, when it follows from the content of this agreement that it does not have a professional character for that person. For agreements concluded before the amendment of the terms of service, the version of the terms of service in force at the time of placing the order shall apply.
