3. What data do we collect and from what sources?

We process personal data that you provide directly to us, as well as data obtained from external systems:

• Data provided directly: during account registration or when contacting us, we process such data as: email address, username, and in the case of direct contact, also other information you choose to provide (e.g., message content, attachments).
• Data from external sources (Wargaming Open ID): when logging in via the Open ID system belonging to Wargaming.net, we retrieve and process data associated with your player account in the game World of Tanks, in particular: nickname in the game, unique user identifier (ID), clan membership, role in the clan, and publicly available game statistics.

4. Purpose and legal bases of data processing

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR on the following grounds:

• in order to perform the agreement for the provision of electronic services (account registration, handling website functionalities, executing the hiring a recruiter service) – the legal basis is the necessity to perform the agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
• in order to process payment transactions and complete orders – the legal basis is the necessity to perform the agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the administrator, e.g., tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
• in order to contact the user (e.g., via email or live chat) – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in efficiently responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
• in order to analyze traffic on the website and improve its functioning – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in keeping statistics and improving services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
• in order to prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts to exploit the trial period) – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in protecting the website from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

5. Data retention period

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this policy:

• data associated with the user account is processed for the entire duration of having an active account in the online service, until it is deleted by the user or the administrator,
• data related to transactions and accounting is stored for a period of 5 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired (in accordance with tax law regulations),
• data used for contact (email inquiries, live chat) is stored for the period necessary to resolve the matter or until the statute of limitations for potential claims expires.

6. Data recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties whose services are used by the administrator to run the online service:

• hosting and server service providers,
• electronic payment operators (Cashbill, PayPal, Stripe) to the extent necessary to finalize the payment,
